Apartment A-6 (4+2) consists of the following: 1. The main "open space" room in which there is a kitchen, dining room, and living room. - The kitchen has an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. - The dining table is designed for 6 people - In the living room there is a TV and a comfortable couch that can be a bed for one or two people (80x200 or 160x200). 2. Bedrooms with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a small couch that can be converted into an extra bed. 3. Bedrooms with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and an armchair that can be converted into an extra bed. 4. Bathrooms with walk-in shower 5. Bathrooms with bathtub 6. A spacious balcony with a table for 6 people (approx. 20m2) The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the new building and is the only apartment on that floor. The balconies are oriented to the south with a partial sea view. The distance from the sea (beach) is 20 m. A parking space is provided with the apartment.
